Set in early 1990s Boston, City on a Hill follows two unlikely allies β a corrupt FBI veteran (Bacon) and an assistant district attorney from Brooklyn (Hodge) β as they combat the cityβs growing criminal underworld while simultaneously dealing with their demons. The story centers around a corrupt FBI agent Jackie Rohr (Bacon), who teams up with an African-American prosecutor Decourcy Ward (Hodge), to take on a powerful criminal empire in Boston.
