Fans loved watching Sam and Dean dealing with shapeshifters, demons, and creepers; they want more of the Winchesters and await Supernatural Season 16. Even though Supernatural was CW’s longest-running series, it ended with Season 15. Although it remains popular with viewers on Netflix, there is no news of Supernatural Season 16 happening. Other villains that the Winchesters face throughout their journey include demons such as Alastair (Christopher Heyerdahl), the mysterious rogue angel Castiel (Misha Collins), and many other monsters. Supernatural also features multiple crossover episodes with other popular series such as Smallville, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and The X-Files. Supernatural Season 16 Release Date
The series was canceled after the fifteenth season, which was also the final season. In an interview before the show’s tenth season, Misha Collins expressed surprise that the show lasted this long. He originally thought that the series would end in season five. So, there won’t be Supernatural Season 16 Release Date now or in the future.

The finale concludes with the brothers sharing a hug and a happy ending. Therefore, not much can be expected for the next season.
Although Supernatural has ended, there are still possibilities for the series to continue. For example, the story could focus on Sam’s son, and his efforts to follow in his father’s footsteps, or a spinoff could explore the universe of demons, angels, and monsters.
