Duties of Remote Inbound Call Centre Agents

  • Representatives are responsible for aiding our field Agents in completing the I9 Form correctly.
  • Following an adequately prepared script for oneself and the field agent to guide the form completion process.
  • Answering incoming calls from a browser-based phone and transferring them as required.
  • Script reading provided by the company and data entry on the web form.
  • Following defined processes and procedures along with other mentioned protocols.
  • Seeking help from seniors and supervisors as needed.

Working Schedule:

  • 8 hours working time from Monday to Friday. Candidates are expected to work overtime as well as the situation demands.

Founded in 2003, this small, mighty and loyal team provides I9 verification services for remote employee’s throughout the US.

We currently have openings for a remote/work from home inbound call center representatives.

Representatives are responsible for assisting our field Agents in properly completing the I9 Form.

This position requires that teammates follow a script and logic form that guides both you and our field Agents through the process of completing the I9 Form properly.

This is a fully remote full time position and training is provided.

You must have a working Windows or Mac laptop/desktop, reliable high speed internet and a quiet work space at home.

This is a Monday through Friday position and our support hours are 8 am – 8 pm CST. Representative must be available to work these days and between these times. While we do our best to give each team mate a set schedule there are times when scheduling flexibility will be needed and there are overtime requirements.

Typical Day

Remote Inbound Call Centre Agents

 

Each day begins with hopping in to your team’s SLACK channel, connecting to the company computer system using a VPN and remote desktop application and loading up the browser based phone.

We believe that if you are not five minutes early you are late, and expect each of our team mates to be answering calls at or before their scheduled start time.

On each call you will work with our Field Agents and our customer’s employee to guide them through completing the I9 Form correctly. We ask that you maintain a warm and friendly tone while on the call. You are required to follow the company provided scripts, adhere to the defined process and protocols and ask for help from your team lead when needed.

We offer $15.00 per hour up to $340 in monthly health care cost reimbursements (QSHRA) and advancement opportunities.
