Their relationship becomes tangled once both of them get married to their respective girlfriends. Michelle Williams plays the role of Alma Beers Del Mar, girlfriend, and later wife of Ennis Del Mar.

Released in 2015, the romance-drama film was directed by Ang Lee and won 3 Oscar awards for Best Achievement in Directing, Best Writing, Adapted Screenplay and Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures, Original Score.

My Week With Marilyn is a 2011 biographical film based on the true story of the iconic Marilyn Monroe. A young aspiring filmmaker, Colin Clark (played by Eddie Redmayne), somehow made his way onto the sets of a Sir Laurence Olivier (played by Sir Kenneth Branagh) movie starring Marilyn Monroe (played by Michelle Williams). The movie is about a short-term relationship between Colin and Monroe and the revelations ha are made about the reality of the star world.

Directed by Simon Curtis, My Week With Marilyn was nominated for two Oscars and won 18 awards.

Manchester By The Sea is a well-crafted work of art film that follows the life of a depressed man, Lee Chandler (played by Casey Affleck), who is entrusted with his nephew’s caretaking after his brother passes away.
