Euphoria Season two ended on a bittersweet note: we saw the second act of Lexi’s brilliant play (complete with a riveting intermission thanks to a rogue Cassie and Maddy); we saw Nate hand over his father to the police; we saw Rue come to terms with her grief and close chapters on her relationships with Elliot and Jules; and we saw Fezco and Faye arrested while Ashtray was killed in a shootout with a S.W.A.T.

Following the season 2 conclusion of Euphoria, there are a number of narrative issues to investigate. In terms of significant cliffhangers, Fezco was arrested after being shot in the stomach by his adopted brother Ashtray, who was then shot dead by a SWAT unit.

Can the two restore their relationship? Meanwhile, Chloe Cherry, who portrays heroin junkie Faye on the show, told Variety that she hopes Faye develops closer to Rue in Euphoria season 3.
